System Briefing
QTen HR and Payroll system is special develop to work with Attendance , for reduce the personnel manually work, with Automatically calculation of the attendance with various criteria to get the various payroll information, some standard like OT, Lateness, shortness, Lunch Taken and custom some special features like Maximum work hour, Maximum OT, Good Attendance, Night Shift OT, Attendance KPI.
All this will calculate automatically for Payroll, thus save personnel's workload for productivity.
Some more the Criteria able to add (customize) depends on company requirement.
The Attendance Clock in or out can used our Face Recognition Machine or Web-based Attendance system,
Face Recognition Machine come with 3 in 1 method which are Finger Print, Face Print, RFID card, with WIFI connection as well, all attendance are real-time update to HR system, and employee name and ID able to send and read directly from/to machine in HR System.
Others then Calculative from attendance, we have Other Inputs for non-calculative payment like Commission, Bonus, Allowance, and deduction like Employees loans, Accommodation, Shirt or Apron, and many more, all this Inputs able to add extra depends on company requirement.
The more complex Commission payment able to put into payslip by using formula settings.
Finally we have many format for Payslip, and able to add in format depends on your requirement, without addition charges.
Summary Report is the Must with Monthly and Yearly format, by one Total or by each Employees.
Thus you can print the EA form for every employees at year end, saving at least RM50 per EA form.
Correspondence Letter is add-ons for saving time for issuing Employment letter, Increment Letter or Promotion Letter, Warning Letter, as well Termination Letter.

Time Management System - TMS
Efficiently oversee all attendance records in a centralized platform and identify the employee's clock-in location.
Automatically assign shifts and calculate attendance considering various conditions such as overtime, night shift overtime, clock quantity for trip amounts, missed-clock checks, lateness, shortness, maximum overtime, minimum hours worked, and maximum hours worked.
Log attendance using a mobile device with GPS location, and optionally with a Face Recognition Machine that provides real-time clock logs (Face, ThumbPrint, RFID).
The use of machines helps prevent misuse issues compared to traditional punch card systems and ensures automatic calculations, reducing the risk of errors associated with manual calculations.
